SHEME OF EVALUATIONS
(Subject to change as per University Guidelines)
The performance of tee students shall be evaluated in two parts internal assessment with 40% marks by way of continuous evaluations’ and by semester end assessment with 60% marks by conducting the theory examination.
I) Internal Assessment :- It is defined as the assessment of the learners on the basis of continuous evaluation as envisaged in the credit based system by way of participation of learners in various academic and correlated activities in the given semester of the programme.
II) Semester End Assessment: - It is defined as the assessment of the learners on the basis of performance in the semester end theory /written examination.
MODALITY OF ASSESSMENT

Internal Assessment 25%
Semester End Assessment 75%
Duration These examination shall be 2 ½ Hours Duration.
STANDARD OF PASSING

Additional Examinations
a. There will be one additional examination for semester I,II,III and IV for those who have failed or remained absent.
b. This examination will be held 20 days after the declaration of result but not later 40days.
c. The Examination of semester I,II,III,& IV will be conducted at the end of the second term of the academic year.
A student shall be allowed to keep term for semester II irrespective of number of head of failure in the semester I.
A student shall be allowed to keep term for semester III if he/she passes each of semester I and Semester II.
OR
A student who fails in not more than four courses of semester I and Semester II taken together with not more than two courses at each OF SEMESTER I & Semester II(For Arts and commerce Only )
A student who fails in not more than six courses of semester I and Semester II taken together with not more than three courses at each of semester I & semester II (For Science faculty ,for all subjects ,carrying 900 or more marks)
A student shall be allowed to keep term for semester IV irrespective of number of head of failure in the semester III. However the student shall pass each course of semester I And Semester II in order to appear for Semester IV.
A student shall be allowed to keep term for semester V If he/she passes Semester I, Semester II, Semester III & Semester IV.
OR
A student shall pass Semester I and Semester II and fails in not more than four courses of Semester III and Semester Iv taken together with not more than two courses at each of Semester III & Semester Iv (For Arts and Commerce only)
A student who fails in not more than six courses of Semester III And Semester IV taken together with not more than three courses at each of Semester III & Semester IV(For Science faculty ,for all subject, carrying 900 or more marks)
A student shall be allowed to keep term for semester VI irrespective of number of course of failure in the Semester V
A student shall be allowed to keep term for semester II irrespective of number of head of failure in the semester I.
A student shall be allowed to keep term for semester III if he/she passes each of semester I and Semester II.
OR
