The Department of English was started in 1970 at the time of establishment of college.The department offers both Bachelor and Master degree courses along with three short term courses. Department boast to have a well furnished language lab with advanced technology. Since, its inception the department has played an important role to shape the future of the students having rural background. Department have experienced faculty members taking care of the students in their academic performance.
